This website is a portfolio and blog of Josh Lohmeyer’s photography. As a kid growing up in rural Maryland, Josh discovered a love for exploring the outdoors, skateboarding and drawing. All of which had a huge impact on his vision of the world around him. Around age 14, he borrowed his sister's camera, taking pictures one summer at the beach. This sparked an intrigue in photography, which gave him many new avenues to pursue.

Josh is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, majoring in Photography. While attending he interned at Philadelphia Style Magazine, as an assistant editor and after college he has freelanced with some great photographers along the way. He has had his work represented by the likes of; Epson, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore City, just to name a few.
